The Committee Nominations Night is an opportunity to express an interest in being on the committee of HMC. Papers will be available during the night for nominations of all positions.

Any member of HMC, whether or not they are present at the AGM, can be proposed and seconded for -

• President
• Vice-President
• Honorary Secretary
• Honorary Membership Secretary
• Honorary Treasurer
• Honorary Minutes Secretary
• Honorary Librarian
• Honorary Editor
• Honorary Website Manager
• Two Committee Members

The final date for nominations is 28th May - any member wishing to give Notice of Motion shall give such notice in writing to the Hon. Secretary secretary@hullmc.org.uk.

Further details of the role of each position and the election process are contained in the Constitution which is available to download on the HMC Website. If more than one person is proposed for a position there will be a vote at the AGM by those present. The Annual General Meeting shall be held on 11th June.
